Willoway Medical Network
Explore Willoway’s planned clinical partnership, governance, membership and joining steps. Registered practitioners can express interest before launch.
Independent practice, with a team behind you. Join a clinical partnership built around governance, education and the practical support that helps healthcare professionals work with confidence.
Registration for network onboarding is open. Signup, payment and document-library access do not authorise regulated clinical practice: the necessary provider registration, approved service scope, professional checks, signed agreement and induction must be in place before patient work begins.
Willoway Medical Network is a clinical partnership, not a franchise. Our initial focus is community ear-care services, with the infrastructure, education and professional connection that independent practice can otherwise lack. Clinical Partners remain independent subcontractors under a written Clinical Partnership Agreement—not employees.
Who can join?
- Registered healthcare professionals with current professional registration and a clinical scope suitable for the proposed service.
- Relevant qualifications, practical competence and experience are reviewed individually; registration alone does not authorise every procedure.
- You do not need to be an independent prescriber to register. Prescribing support and V300 opportunities depend on clinical need, professional eligibility and university approval.
- Checks cover identity, professional register, references, enhanced DBS, indemnity, training, competence and relevant mobile-practice requirements. Verification evidence is handled through agreed secure onboarding, not the public registration form.
Your membership fees
£400 one-off onboarding, with £225 monthly membership first due on 1 November 2026. The onboarding fee is separate from your monthly fee. No VAT is charged. Your billing schedule and written payment terms are shown before checkout. The current website payment system is test mode only; it cannot collect a real payment yet.
Governance, learning and connection
Clinical supervision
Formal supervision every six weeks provides a supportive space for reflection, clinical concerns, case-based learning and professional development. Additional supervision needs can be discussed with the clinical team.
Governance and audit
Monthly governance meetings and quarterly clinical audits with written reports support learning, documentation standards, patient safety and agreed improvements. Reviews include consent, infection prevention, equipment, incidents, complaints and patient experience.
Systems and documentation
A controlled document library brings together standard operating procedures, policies, patient pathways, consent and record templates, aftercare, incident and complaints forms, audit checklists and risk assessments. Version and review information help you identify the current approved resources.
Education and connection
Membership includes the prospectus’s programme of mandatory training updates, team training days and two network conferences each year. Topics include clinical safety, safeguarding, governance and professional development; dates, venues and delivery arrangements are confirmed with members.
Clinical and business mentorship
Support spans clinical reflection, professional confidence, career planning, service development, marketing, pricing and business sustainability. It is support for your decisions—not a guarantee of income, patient demand or business growth.
Your prescribing journey
Eligible practitioners can discuss V300 DPP/DPS support, supervised learning, portfolio development and post-qualification mentorship, subject to university approval and separately agreed arrangements. Prescribing support for non-prescribers follows approved clinical pathways; it is not blanket medicine access or permission to work beyond competence.
What your onboarding includes
Your personnel file
Create your personnel record and review identity, professional registration, references, enhanced DBS verification and vaccination status. Underlying registration, insurance and DBS costs are not funded or reimbursed by the network.
Your practice readiness
Review clinical competencies, professional indemnity and relevant motor insurance for mobile work. Identify mandatory training and any service-specific learning required before independent practice.
Your systems and resources
Set up your partner portal and documentation access, with clinical email and approved clinical-system arrangements confirmed during onboarding. Governance resources include policies, SOPs, pathways and standardised templates.
Your agreement and induction
Complete the Clinical Partnership Agreement and clinical/governance induction. Learn documentation, patient pathways, booking and records arrangements, emergencies, safeguarding, incident reporting, complaints and duty of candour.
Your read-only partner portal
The Partner Hub keeps shared SOPs, policies and risk assessments together with your own partnership contracts, appropriate private HR resources and individual training matrix. Partners read approved documents only; personal contracts and HR files are visible only to the named recipient and owner. NEXUS Clinical is a separate future patient-care workspace and requires separate clinical permissions. No patient, health, ID/DBS or payroll information belongs in the Partner Hub.

How to join
Create your network registration
Sign in and complete your own professional profile. This creates a network registration, not an enquiry or an automated professional-verification result. You can return to your individual account to follow onboarding.
Confirm the fit and written arrangements
We discuss your experience, qualifications, location, practice plans and aims, and confirm the partnership scope, payment terms and individual eligibility. Any clinical start is subject to the necessary service approvals and completed onboarding.
Pay the onboarding fee
The one-off £400 covers the administrative and compliance setup described here. Once the correct Stripe account and payment terms are ready, checkout will collect onboarding separately from monthly billing. Current checkout is test only—not a real charge.
Complete checks, agreement and induction
Provide requested verification evidence using agreed secure channels, complete training and clinical/governance induction, and sign the Clinical Partnership Agreement. Willoway approves document-portal access individually.
Your monthly membership
The first £225 monthly fee is due on 1 November 2026. The payment schedule is shown before payment authorisation. Monthly membership, document access and any clinical service approval are distinct; none replaces your professional obligations.
Independent practitioner responsibilities
- Maintain professional registration, suitable indemnity, CPD and practice within your competence and regulator’s standards.
- Remain responsible for your business expenses, tax and National Insurance, and appropriate equipment. Mobile work also requires suitable vehicle cover, maintenance and operating arrangements.
- Professional registration fees, indemnity insurance and DBS checks are not funded or reimbursed by the network. The onboarding fee covers verification and administrative work, not those underlying costs.
- Keep professional evidence and training up to date, follow current approved pathways, take part in supervision and audit, and report safety concerns through the agreed process.
Ear-care earnings
The prospectus describes Clinical Partners retaining 100% of ear-care clinical earnings up to the point of VAT registration, with the monthly membership supporting governance and infrastructure. It describes approved-system payments and weekly reconciliation. Payment reconciliation, tax treatment and arrangements after VAT registration must be agreed in writing; this website does not process patient earnings. Future additional services may carry an agreed service commission. No income level or volume of patients is promised.
A network designed to develop
Ear care is the initial service focus. Further pathways may include blood testing, cryotherapy, clinic-based medical aesthetics, women’s and men’s health, ADHD, travel clinics and other nurse-led services. Expansion depends on governance, training, registration and service approval—not automatic permission through membership. Experienced partners may also have opportunities to contribute to training, mentoring, workshops and governance as the network develops.
Your longer-term journey
The prospectus describes support for clinicians considering their own provider registration after a minimum of six months in the partnership, with at least eight weeks’ written notice in accordance with the agreement. Any CQC application support is a separate agreed service and registration decisions remain with the regulator. Ask for the current written quote; conflicting support-package prices in the original prospectus are not presented as an agreed tariff.
Your questions
Can I sign up today?
Yes. Create your individual network registration and complete your professional profile. Your registration is saved separately from general enquiries. Onboarding payment is separate and currently test mode only; real collection awaits confirmed payment setup and terms. Signup does not automatically verify your credentials or authorise patient work.
When does monthly membership start?
The first £225 monthly payment is due on 1 November 2026. The £400 onboarding fee is separate. No VAT is charged. The final billing schedule and terms are shown before you authorise payment; monthly charges do not start in September.
What does onboarding include?
Personnel-file creation and verification work, professional and reference checks, competence and indemnity review, portal setup and documentation access, and clinical/governance induction. You remain responsible for underlying professional registration, insurance and DBS costs.
Do I need to be an independent prescriber?
No. Your registration, qualifications and competence are reviewed for the service proposed. Prescribing or V300 support is subject to appropriate clinical, professional and university arrangements and separately confirmed inclusions.
Is this a franchise or a job?
The model is a Clinical Partnership for independent subcontractors, not a franchise or employment arrangement. Responsibilities, fees and working arrangements are set out in the written agreement.
Does joining cover my CQC registration?
No automatic regulatory coverage is promised. The responsible provider, activities, locations and delivery arrangements must be established and appropriately registered. Membership does not replace professional obligations or authorise practice outside the agreed scope.
What is available in the partner portal?
Published governance SOPs, policies, risk assessments and other approved resources are available to individually approved members. Partners have read-only viewing access and can record reading acknowledgements. Uploading and publishing are restricted to Willoway administrators; the portal does not provide partner download or copy-and-paste controls. The actual documents must be uploaded by Willoway; the business plan is not automatically published as a policy library.
Is the partner portal the same as the student or clinical-record system?
No. Network document access is separate from paid training-course access and does not unlock courses. Patient records and personnel verification use their separately approved systems. Never upload patient information or verification documents to the governance library.
I have already signed up with Willoway. Do I need to pay again?
Contact Willoway to link your existing partnership to the exact account you use to sign in. The owner can approve existing members after confirming their identity and arrangements. Do not create a duplicate payment simply to access your documents.
