Read Willoway’s website and service information terms, including external bookings, test checkout, learning, partner access and your statutory rights.
The conditions for using Willoway’s website, and how enquiries, external bookings, learning and partner services differ.
Updated 10 October 2026 · website-terms-2026-10-v1
Website operator and scope
This website is operated by OM CLINIC LTD T/A Willoway Medical Clinic, company 15461646. Clinic postal contact: Willoway Medical Clinic, Willow Lodge, Newall Road, Bowerhill, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6XH. Text/WhatsApp: 07519 461700; text / whatsapp only — no calls.
These terms concern website use and the current routes for enquiries and access. They do not create a treatment contract, a paid course enrolment, a university place or a clinical partnership simply because you visit, sign in or submit a form. A particular service requires its own clear written arrangements.
Health information and consultations
Website health material, the adult BMI calculator, ADHD screener and wellbeing resources provide general information only. They are not a diagnosis, prescribing service, assessment of capacity or automatic treatment-eligibility decision. A clinician must assess individual circumstances; no particular treatment or outcome is guaranteed.
Do not use website forms, social messages or these tools for urgent care. If there is an emergency call 999; for urgent non-emergency advice use an appropriate NHS service such as NHS 111. Keep health and patient information out of general website enquiries.
An enquiry is a request for a reply, not a confirmed appointment. Book a consultation links open Willoway’s ANS booking portal. Review the appointment type, applicable charges, cancellation terms, care privacy information and actual confirmation before agreeing. No new clinic cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit is established by these website terms.
Fees, availability and personal service agreements
Some clinic/blood-panel figures are guide prices; confirm the exact service, total fee, collection/review inclusions and availability before arranging it. Medical suitability and any separate costs require an individual discussion. The site does not promise a free weight-management consultation or a fixed weight-management programme price.
For mentorship and compliance support, scope, format, fees and obligations are agreed individually. General resources are not personalised legal/regulatory advice and do not guarantee registration, inspection outcomes or business results.
Courses, test checkout and student access
The supplied RADIESSE Masterclass is listed at £799 including practical training. Professional suitability, prerequisites, practical dates/venue and attendance arrangements must be confirmed directly. Online theory, quizzes and a theory-completion certificate do not prove practical competence, award professional registration or establish accreditation.
Other self-paced courses marked demonstration contain illustrative names, fees and curricula, not an approved commercial qualification. Website Stripe checkout is currently test mode only. A verified test event can grant demonstration access to the signed-in account; it does not collect a real payment or form a real paid-service contract. Do not use a real payment card in test checkout.
Only the account’s authorised enrolments are available in its student portal. Do not share credentials or access someone else’s account. Creating a login, making a network application or opening NEXUS does not automatically grant course or clinical access. No course-access lifetime is promised here.
V300 DPP/DPS support
V300 is a separate supervised support programme, not a self-paced checkout course. Current programme information lists a £2,850 total, with £1,425 booking payment and £1,425 balance no later than eight weeks before the predicted intake; the full fee applies at booking if the intake is within eight weeks. Confirm these arrangements and availability in the individual agreement before paying. This website currently accepts V300 enquiries only, not programme payments or automatic enrolment.
A contract is signed between the student and service provider. Application paperwork is not completed until the booking fee is paid; required assessor/supervisor arrangements must be in place before a university application. September/October and January/March intake windows do not guarantee a place, university acceptance or prescribing qualification. No new non-refundable clause is created by these terms.
Willoway Medical Network and Partner Hub
The network remains in preparation. Listed fees are £400 one-off onboarding and £225 monthly membership, first due on 1 November 2026, with no VAT charged as supplied by Willoway. The first-payment date is not September. Payment remains test-only; submitting registration does not itself take money, create a live recurring mandate or guarantee membership acceptance.
A separate Clinical Partnership Agreement must explain the actual service, billing/termination arrangements and professional responsibilities before a real commitment. Registration declarations require review. Individually approved read-only Partner Hub access is separate from clinical permissions; partners cannot upload or download resources through its interface. Named personal resources are limited to their recipient and authorised owner, but screenshots/determined extraction cannot be absolutely prevented.
Membership, a professional declaration or a website account is not regulatory approval or authority to provide regulated care. Any activity requiring approval must await it; these terms make no CQC-registration or regulatory-outcome claim.
NEXUS Clinical is a synthetic prototype
NEXUS is for fictional workflow exploration only. Treatment maps are schematic documentation examples, not anatomy, safe-site, technique or dosage guidance. Financial reports are synthetic examples, not clinic/tax accounts or profit statements. Marketing is preview-only, with no patient import, real sending or scheduling.
Do not enter real patient, health, clinical or financial records. Separate approved clinical hosting, individual identity/security controls, privacy arrangements and clinical-safety assurance are required before real use. Opening a demo or buying a course does not create clinical permissions.
Cancellations, refunds and your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights concerning services supplied with reasonable care and skill and digital content of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. A disclaimer, sign-in or certificate does not waive those rights.
For consumer distance contracts covered by the cancellation rules, a 14-day cancellation period generally applies. Healthcare, business-to-business and other excluded contracts can have different rules; the actual service and contract must be checked. Any request to begin applicable digital supply early and acknowledgement of losing the relevant cancellation right must be explicit and provided with the required contract information; simply using this website is not such an acknowledgement.
Before any real course, network or other online payment is enabled, Willoway must provide the relevant total charges, eligibility/service details, access/delivery arrangements, cancellation/refund and subscription-ending terms, a trader email/contact route and durable contract confirmation. No arbitrary cancellation fee, automatic waiver or blanket non-refundable payment is introduced here. Ask Willoway for your applicable written terms before agreeing or paying.
UK information about online selling and digital supplyAlumierMD and other external websites
AlumierMD shopping links open its UK website with Willoway’s clinic code. Confirm the clinic connection and seller at checkout; customer accounts, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns are handled under the applicable AlumierMD terms. This is separate from Willoway’s test course checkout and does not waive your rights against the relevant seller.
Other third-party links, including ANS, NHS information, maps and social services, have their own terms/privacy information. Willoway’s responsibility for its own information and services is not excluded merely because a third-party service is used.
Fair use, materials and website availability
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, misuse credentials or submit third-party patient/confidential information. Access to protected course or partner materials is limited to the authorised purpose and does not transfer copyright or permission to redistribute them. This restriction does not prevent saving/printing these public terms or using information as the law permits.
The site may need maintenance and correction. Availability is not guaranteed continuously, but these terms do not remove any lawful remedy for an agreed service. Clinic/treatment imagery may be illustrative; Charlotte’s supplied portrait is a real photograph. Professional logos are not a guarantee of endorsement or accreditation.
Questions, complaints and changes
Raise a website/service concern using Willoway’s postal or text/WhatsApp contact above. Include a brief non-sensitive description and request the appropriate complaints contact. Do not send medical records or identity documents in a general message. The applicable clinical, university or professional complaint route depends on the service and should be confirmed in its own arrangements.
The version/date identify this website notice. Changes will describe the current website prospectively; they do not automatically rewrite an existing signed service agreement, remove a remedy or retrospectively change an agreed price. Statutory rights and access to an appropriate court/complaints body are preserved.
